Welcome to van Kelder German Shepherd dogs.
At present I do not breed and have no intention of breeding dogs.
I enjoy training, competing in trials, and showing my dogs in disciplines
such as rally obedience, agility, pet therapy, temperament testing, herding,
WDA conformation, Schutzhund, dock diving, and UKC Dog Sport.
As
I get more involved in training and competing, people are asking me for
information on where to train, what sports to try, where to get a German
shepherd dog, etc. The purpose of this site is not only to highlight my
own dogs, but provide information and references for local clubs, trainers,
and breeders, as well as any other resources that have been helpful to
me and others. If I can do it, anyone can!
